As an IT professional, working for long hours in front of a computer, I developed RSI in my wrists and suffered from daily headaches. My doctor advised me that the only solution was to take a long break from work. I resorted to relying on pain-killers to deal with the discomfort.

While seeking alternative solutions I came across the Alexander Technique and started having regular lessons. I soon found a significant relief in my wrist pain and my daily headaches ceased completely.

As I learned more about the way I use myself I experienced a new sense of well being and clarity. I became fascinated with the technique and decided to train as a teacher.

I commenced the 3 year course under Nili Bassan in the Alexander Technique Center in Israel and completed it in the School for FM Alexander Studies in Australia under David Moore. I am a member of the Australian Society for the Alexander Technique (AUSTAT). I am also ceritified as a Craniosacral Therapy practitioner and hold a BA in computer sciences. I am a long term student of vipassana meditation.
